This is about our trip in June 2011 as we travel in our 1979 MGB from coast to coast - from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and back home again.

Ron has been working to get our MG ready for MG2011.  We have added a hitch and trailer to the MGB so that Pat does not have to pack too compactly!

This picture was taken in October 2010 on an MG trip to the North Carolina mountains.

Ron has also added many special features to our MG in preparation for the trip to MG2011.  They are:

1. CB radio
2. New TomTom GPS so that we know the correct speed and to keep the navigator Pat from getting too lost
3. Running lights and fog lights with new switches and fuse blocks
4. Cruise control
5. Bimini top (still in design and construction)
6. New radio with BlueTooth (for handsfree cell phone use) and USB inputs (for thumb drives with recorded music)
7. Compact spare tire
8. Wind blocker
9. Air shocks
10. Three additional auxiliary power outlets
11. Full engine service
12. Heavy duty alternator
13. Battery operated fans and misters for the driver and navigator
14. Spiffy bumbers
15. Lots of stickers - MG2011, Rallye to Reno, Rallye for Research, Moss Motors, Snap-on Tools, NCMGCC
